Sea Lion Bites Chinese Girl Grandpa Saves Her

If you read comments on Sea Lion Bites Girl video and dueling translations, the little girl is Chinese. Her mother asks if the sea lion might bite her. When it does, her grandfather jumps in. Parents get her away to change her clothes but she asks grandpa if he is ok.

sea lion be like: "thats for my [pal] Harambe!"
Nomicro4u 1:30 the female voice says, "Xiao Gwou, do you want him to really come bite you?"
No, the female voice says "如果它真的咬你呢?” which means "what if it really bites you"?
Adelie Pingu Nope, it's not "what if". The original comment was a better translation. "Do you want it to ACTUALLY bite you?" Might be a little better wording, but other than that, it's a good translation.
The old man is his grandfather, in the end of video, the little girl shout grandpa, grandpa in Chinese. Grandpa says I am ok.
That's her grandpa. The parents wanted to take her to get dry clothes as soon as possible to prevent catching a cold. She even shouted grandpa at the end of the video cause she was worried he was still in the water and he relied "it's alright." If it were a stranger who saved their daughter of course they would have thanked him.
Rest in peace sun glasses
Hongxi Chen Thank you for translating. She could have died and instead was calling frantically to him to make sure he was okay too. What an amazing grandfather. That must have been terrifying.
He is indeed a Chinese grandfather (hear earlier speaking Chinese) - but not the grandfather of the little girl (who is Caucasian.) Extremely admirable for an elderly man to have acted so quickly, fearlessly, and decisively to save a stranger. Also interesting how the girl and her family leave without a word of thanks to him, or even acknowledgment.

The girl is asian, freeze the frame at 1:26 and 1:45 , she's definitely asian. Also at 1:29 she says something chinese but I can't understand it I'm guessing she's cantonese I only studied a bit of mandarin.
